CV

My art education is self-directed study in techniques, materials, and process. I've attended college extension courses at University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee WI, Pasadena City College, Pasadena CA, and classes at various regional art centers. I focused mainly on figurative drawing with graphite and charcoal, eventually branching out into painting with oil and soft pastels. For the past 12 years I’ve been creating mixed media abstracts.

2026 - Invited to be a member of the board of directors for Quincy Art Center, Quincy IL.
